Quote I am enjoying

“Healers from any culture are those who extend the arms of love: acknowledgement, acceptance, recognition, validation and gratitude.

Healers in any tradition are inherently skilled in the art of acknowledgement. They fully recognise that the greatest remorse is love unexpressed.” – Angeles Arrien

Healing energy in all its manifestations is so needed right now. Connect with all the ways you experience, offer and share love. In doing so you provide the planet with much needed space and healing balm.

Archetype I have been reconnecting to..

After sharing about healthy anger last week I have been reconnecting with and nurturing my inner Warrior.

The quote above is from Angeles Arrien’s book “The Four-Fold Path” – it’s a concise and straightforward read and gives a great broad overview of four key archetypes – the Warrior, the Healer, the Visionary, the Teacher. If you have studied different archetypes in depth you may find this a little basic. For me, it has been perfect to remind myself of the founding principles of the Warrior archetype.

This global crisis has highlighted to me the wounded masculine not only within society but within myself. It has given me cause to re-evaluate where I take cover and sink into my divine feminine rather than heal and step forward into my masculine, rediscovering the call to leadership, greater responsibility and more assertive communication.

We all have both masculine and feminine energies at play. It is a case of seeing where healing needs to take place and having the courage to lean into it, particularly if it’s in a place we don’t naturally like to hang out…authority, structure, discipline are all areas I normally go easy on myself.

You may love hanging out in your masculine, and enjoy feeling in control by creating order around you. Perhaps flowing into your feminine is more overwhelming for you…whatever you are shying away from is where the magic is.

I invite you to reflect on this for yourself…the space that is being created by this moment in time is a high-speed portal for healing so take a moment to see how empowered your masculine and feminine are, and which archetypes you might need to spend a little more time getting to know right now.

and One More Thing

I have been loving Labradorite these past few days. I have found myself being drawn to it’s beautiful misty understated grey-toned iridescence.

When connecting with crystals it is always best to go with your intuition and work with stones that feel good to you.

Labradorite as a healing crystal is known to be good in supporting us through transformation, imparting strength and perseverance to empower us through times of change.

It is excellent for strengthening intuition and promoting our psychic abilities.  Powerful in revealing the truth behind illusions, Labradorite banishes fears and insecurities, and strengthens faith in the self and trust in the universe.

I don’t know about you loves but I have been having WILD dreams this week and I’m feeling the power of Labradorite in calming the mind and protecting my aura while still allowing for an empowered intuitive connection.

Do you work with crystals?

How do you use them?
