6 Ways Nature Reflects Our Highest Selves Back To Us

I talk a lot about connecting with nature, I go for daily walks in the woods, just me and the trees, I commune with all the elements every week as a way of managing and balancing my energy. It is the single best, easiest, most sustainable and natural way to balance our mind, body and soul

Nature is PURE spirit, it vibrates at the frequency of love and always reflects back to us our Highest Self…that is why it brings us so much calm and inner peace

It mirrors the purity of our soul’s purpose in this life…to BE, to be here, to be alive, to be in this moment, to be in the wholeness of it

This blog reminded me of 6 beautiful ways nature reflects back this purity to us

1. Determination – nature is not easily deterred from it’s goal
2. Strength in adversity – nature can find ways to survive almost anything
3. Adaptability – nature is constantly adapting to the ever-changing environment around it
4. Storing inner strength – nature nourishes and restores itself in times of abundance so that it has reserves during harder times, nature doesn’t burn itself out
5. Collaboration – nature is a whole system, nothing in nature exists in isolation or no for no reason
6. Consistency – nature doesn’t try really hard for a month and then quit…enough said

You ARE nature

You are all these things in your own special unique miraculous blend

and One More Thing

Sun in Gemini (20 May – 21 June), Eclipse Season (13 May – 19 June) and Mercury Retrograde (29 May – 22 June)

I wanted to take the time to remind you of your nature because you’re going to need to remember just how incredible you are coming into this upcoming astrological weather…

As ever, there is no good or bad astrology, there is just a constant flux of planetary and energetic shifts that have different influences on each and every one of us

What can make Eclipse season and Mercury Retrograde feel more challenging is that they like us to look back, they want to reveal truths and things we have hidden in the shadows, they also like to slow us down and pull focus from the prize and on to the challenges we face on the journey to it. Eclipse season rather counterintuitively can also have this feeling of things speeding up because of the powerful and intense energies at play

In typical Mercury retrograde style miscommunication and confusion can arise, so it is a season where it pays to tread carefully and be attentive

This doesn’t mean we shouldn’t do anything or avoid making important decisions or transitions in life. It is just good to know that this planetary season is more suited to understanding our inner dialogue around what normally holds us back, what patterns we live by that stop us from moving forward and the shadows we have lived with but not integrated

Check out your natal chart to learn more about what house Gemini is in for you and whether any planets are affected by this transit – this is where all the action is taking place
