If you enjoy Joe Dispenza’s work then you will probably find something for you in John Kehoe’s – Quantum Warrior
As far as I have got (not quite finished yet!) it’s a precise and engaging walk through understanding how to work with the quantum field and your consciousness to achieve success. If you have been studying the science and psychology of energy work and manifestation for some time this might not be ground-breaking. However there are enough practical tools for implementation peppered throughout the book to mean that you will likely pick up a new perspective on doing this work in some way

Woah…what was that New Moon all about?! Introducing Lilith
This week has been a wild one…how have you been feeling?
I don’t normally do a post-match analysis of moon moments, as the constant motion of the planets always gives us new energy combinations to work with BUT this New Moon was POWERFUL…in totally unexpected ways…here are my reflections
She was chaotic yet clearing…did you feel that?
She asked us to reflect, retreat, hold back
She wanted us to prepare for and acknowledge the intensity of the Eclipse season to come
She was exhausting (!)
She had a take no prisoners attitude – bulldozing onto the scene true to her animalistic Taurus proclivities
She demanded our attention…demanding us to pause, rest, relax
She was a little out of line with her normal indulgent, opulent, abundant self…
This was the influence of Black Moon Lilith. Lilith can be described as the Goddess of the Underworld, she is about power and freedom, specifically feminine power and sexual freedom. She is a tornado and a void at the same time, traditionally a demonic figure representing all the myriad forms of darkness. She also enjoys taking control, and embodies the inner rage that is let loose when we finally break free of the ties that bind
But she is not to be feared, no, she is just another layer present in the infinite multifaceted energy field we experience in every moment
So no matter how chaotic, clearing, tiring this week might have been…depending on whether you were able to heed the message of retreat and relax or not…you are ALWAYS safe, held and loved
These energies exist in harmony and balance with all others, always in perfect sync and it is for us to manage our own energy fields and systems in line with what works best for us
