Must Watch

Meghan + Harry’s Interview with Oprah

If you haven’t yet, please watch. As a representation of a woman sharing her truth after years of repression, being villified and hated by media…it is powerful

The courage to speak your truth is what will set you free. Let this interview be an example to you…your story is powerful, it is yours, it is unique and beautiful because you are unique and beautiful

It is also a powerful reminder that we truly do not know what others are going through so treat everyone with kindness, love and respect always

and One More Thing

Dear Women – You Deserve To Feel Safe

What a week it’s been…from the beautiful outpouring of light shared on International Women’s Day, to the hatred and vitriol aimed at Meghan Markle from other women after she shared her personal story of struggle, to the sad tragedy of the disappearance and suspected murder of Sarah Everard by a serving police officer, a man in a position of authority who seemingly plucked her randomly off the street…

It’s a lot

Over the years I have stepped away from absorbing and engaging with mainstream media because it is so divisive and often breeds hate, mistrust and fuels misogynistic story, upholding the status quo rather than presenting new, fresh, more equitable, representative and loving ways of being together as humans on this planet. My answer was to continue my own healing journey and only move in circles with people who shared my values

As I have got stronger, as I have found my voice, as I have felt more and more empowered through speaking my truth, upholding healthy boundaries, growing my own business, and truly OWNING the SPACE I take up….

I have created space for myself that feels safe always

I have found a way to speak up from a place of love and support but not in a way that undermines my sovereignty and my boundaries

I have found deep meaning and personal solace through my work of providing sanctuary for women – to heal, grow and empower themselves through building their own safe spaces within themselves and in their businesses

It feels ever more potent day after day to heal the wounds that stop us living our fullest truth, that stop us going after our dreams, that stop us living life the way we really want to

This is why I do what I do…this is why it is so much more than just ‘business coaching’…it is the journey of coming home to ourselves, the journey of empowering ourselves, the journey of creating the magic our souls are calling us to

You deserve to feel safe, you deserve to feel loved, you are worthy beyond belief

If you need safe space please reach out

Loving you infinitely, you strong, beautiful, powerful woman xx
