If you are looking for some slightly odd but definitely funny, light(ish) entertainment then I highly recommend Bo Burnham Inside available on Netflix
This one man show, created, filmed and directed entirely by himself in one room over the course of a year in lockdown is a witty, perceptive musical comedy that hit all the right notes for me
Forbes said “Imbuing happy-go-lucky musical performances with agony and despair, Inside feels almost like watching a feature-length TikTok clip, blending the best of internet culture with perfect performance art.”
It’s one of a kind, both empathetic and eccentric… if you want something different from your comedy this is for you
PS. Even if we are moving through the most challenging times we still need to laugh…make space for yourself to let loose and have a good chuckle, by appointment if necessary…it is crucial for your healing

ECLIPSE season is ending…
Wow these past 3 weeks have been WILD right?! I hope you have survived the rollercoaster of energy that has been moving through. With the final eclipse of the season yesterday things should begin to settle moving forward
Taking time to integrate what you have learned, felt, heard and seen may take some time
Give yourself grace, let yourself breathe, slow down, rest if needed
There is a brand new version of you that has emerged from this time whether you recognise her or not. You are an ever-evolving, ever-deepening being as long as you continue to choose this path
It is normal to doubt yourself, to look around and doubt the sanctity of this life sometimes. Belief can falter, insecurity can creep in. Be sure to take a moment to reflect on the transformation that has already happened, look at who you were and who you are now. See what you have created and feel what you are building and surrender back into the support of the Universe. Know these feelings are normal, to be expected even, as we wind our way through this journey of expansion and growth
