I offer guidance and insight but it is your work to do. I don’t believe in dogma or divisiveness – let’s stay open-hearted and curious about all possibilities
my daily rituals:
I dance, breathe, meditate, journal as a way of life. I teach from my soul and my life experience, my work is simply an extension of how I live. Daily walks connecting with nature, keep me grounded and my channels clear

…I knew I needed to take charge of my reality when my health took a sharp downturn. I found myself unable to get out of bed for days, even going to doctors telling them I thought I was dying. I had all the standard tests and there was ‘nothing wrong with me’. I hit a wall and had a total life meltdown – left my job, my boyfriend, my beautiful apartment and travelled to Bali on a wing and prayer, crossing my fingers and hoping that clarity awaited me there. Now I know, that was the wake-up call I was seeking but also that kind of move isn’t necessary for everyone, we can heal and regenerate exactly where we are as soon as we begin to face the truth of what is in our soul. I had years of childhood sexual trauma to unravel and unpack before I could begin to function as a ‘normal’ human, so many years of dissociation from my body, no connection to self, no understanding of what was in my heart at all
It was only with the kindness and generosity of the teachers, guides, mentors, friends, sisters I met along my healing journey that I began to find myself, my true self, for the first time in my life
As soon as I moved through my first awakening experience I KNEW this was the energy I was here to channel into the world, especially for other women, especially for those who have been disconnected from their bodies, from their truth, especially those who have lived with shame, guilt, struggling with cripplingly low self-esteem, been abused, rejected or simply never felt able to shine their light
My work is here to guide you into your greatest expansion, to invite you into the full liberation of your being
I LOVE to do this through business, supporting other coaches, healers, guides + mentors, because your work is needed now more than ever
We need the way-showers, lightworkers, priestesses to come forward. We need you to share your gifts
It is only because of my own wild growth and healing journey that I know what it takes to move through the challenge of quantum leaping, shifting identities, remembering your true self, arriving home to your body AND transforming that into a 3D reality you adore co-creating
