Quote worth remembering daily

David Whyte’s words always touch my soul at its deepest core. Indulge yourself in this beautiful passage on Touch
“Whether we touch only what we see or the mystery of what lies beneath the veil of what we see, we are made for unending meeting and exchange, while having to hold a coherent mind and body, physically or imaginatively, which in turn can be found and touched itself. We are something for the world to run up against and rub up against: through the trials of love, through pain, through happiness, through our simple everyday movement through the world.”
“In the ancient world the touch of a God was seen as both a blessing and a violation – at one and the same time. Being alive in the world means being found by that world and sometimes touched to the core in ways we would rather not experience. Growing with our bodies, all of us find ourselves at one time violated or wounded by this world in difficult ways, and still we live and breathe in this touchable, sensual world, and through trauma, through grief, through recovery, we heal in order to be touched again in the right way, as the physical consecration of a mutual, trusted invitation”

FULL MOON in SCORPIO – 27 April 3.31am BST
Ah blessed Scorpio, my favourite energy…maybe because it’s my Ascendant…or maybe because it has that added mystery, darkness and certain je ne sais quoi that invites such deep transformational experiences and is so tantalisingly difficult to describe
This Full Moon offers the best of Scorpio’s deep well of alchemical power and then some
For the more sensitive among us there may be a jitteriness to the energy, a sense of being nervous about being nervous…but this is more so to do with the sheer power of this energy moving through rather than anything to be truly concerned about
The brightest Full Moon of 2021, this lunation brings a fullness and burst of energy designed to bring forth the manifestation of that which you planted the seeds for back at the New Moon in November 2020
It is also a deeply cleansing energy
This peak illumination reveals both our deepest feelings and deepest fears in equal measure
Ritual Suggestion:
📝Write three deeply held fears you’d like to release, and then on a separate piece of paper write three things you love, and would like to invite more of into your life
👉Rip up the list of fears and affirm you are no longer available for the energy of those fears
🔻Then meditate and move with the list of loves, invite the energy signature of those things into your life, embody the vibration and let it live through you
Reflection Questions:
🌟In what area of life are you hiding from navigating intense emotions?
🌟What is holding you back from embracing your fullest potential? Is there a piece of healing that you are avoiding in that?
🌟What pain are you still holding on to?
🌟What needs to be released for you to step into your next-level power?
